The return and exchange policy offered
Intermix offers a 14-day return policy in which you can return the products within 14 days from the date of delivery if you are not satisfied with it. You should provide the receipt along with the merchandise and the payment will be transferred to your account. It does not offer exchange and so you will have to return and then choose another one if the size or color is not as you expected.
The shipping policy
Intermix offers 4 different types of delivery. It will take up to 1 to 2 days for the order to get processed. It has complimentary standard shipping which will take 5 to 7 working days to reach and involves no shipping charge. The 3-day select shipping service will deliver the product in 3 to 4 days and you will have to pay $20. Intermix also has 2nd-day air shipping service at the cost of $25 and will reach you in 2 days. It also offers next day shipping service which is not available on Saturdays and will cost $35.
