Businesses that need commercial coffee equipment are the main audience. Customer testimonials come from a tennis club, a pavilion and a pub, and the machines are offered on three terms. Short-term rentals start from three months and include maintenance, which suits events and seasonal demand. Longer agreements allow a lease with an option to own. Outright purchase comes with a 12 months warranty, with service packages available after that. Machines range from the Sassy Vitro, rated at 90 cups an hour, to the Sassy Grassetto, rated at 250 cups a day.

Sassy Coffee Company was founded in Wolverhampton and has grown to more than 500 locations across the UK. Its history dates from 2017, when it sold its first coffee machine. The company later began selling its own label coffee directly to customers. The blend is 50% Arabica and 50% Robusta, with a 4/5 strength rating, and is sourced through direct trade from Brazil, Ethiopia and Vietnam. Products ship from the company's own warehouse, and its engineers install and service the machines. The Sassy Esperienza adds a 7-inch HD touchscreen, mood lighting and a cup sensor.
