The story of how Bombas came into being

After finding out that socks are the most requested item in various homeless shelters across the nation, the founders started crowd-funding to launch a company that would sell and donate socks. They raised around $145 thousand in 2013 to start the company, and by the next year, it increased to a million. With an aim to provide comfort to the homeless people, they launched their store and website. By April of 2020, Bombas has donated 35 million pairs of socks to different shelters. In June of 2020, the company has launched a collection where each pair they sell would donate apparel to an LGBT youth charity.
