It provides the most recent fashion accessories of the season at a price 60% lesser than the department stores.
The Shipping information
Sam Stein provides you with an Estimated Delivery Date (EDD) for selected items. This will help you predict when your order will reach you. It offers two types of delivery options namely Standard Ground and Expedited Delivery. The former will take 3 to 5 days to contact you, and the later will reach you in 1 to 3 business days.
The return policy they offer
Stein Mart offers a 10-day return policy where you should return the products within 10 days if you purchase from the store. If you shop online and you are not satisfied with it, then you can return it to the store if you have a proper receipt within 60 days from the date of delivery. If you don't have a receipt, then you can show a valid photo ID. The refund will be processed within 7 days after they receive the product. It will be returned to the mode of payment you used and if it is a gift card, then the credits will be returned to the original user.
