The title Healing High Blood Pressure (Bluthochdruck heilen) is one of several books on chronic illness that the shop features prominently, together with Healing Diabetes and The Alternative Path to Health. Most titles are written by Dr. Johann Georg Schnitzer, a dentist who began researching natural health to prevent dental decay. Between 1963 and 1969 he ran a public health experiment in Mönchweiler that drew strong opposition from affected interest groups.

The catalogue spans German, English, French and Finnish editions, plus eBooks in German and English. Subjects include hypertension, diabetes, dental problems and the Schnitzer Intensivkost and Normalkost diets. Baking with Wholemeal comes with recipe tables printed on waterproof sheets for use in the kitchen. Printed sheets and cards on hypertension are offered in German and English, and a family bundle combines several titles. Schnitzer also designed the first household grain mills from 1964, reflecting his view that freshly ground grain is the basis of healthy eating.

Book shipping and publishing are handled from Friedrichshafen by Azeb Schnitzer. Personal consultation with Dr. Schnitzer is offered as a separate service. Reader letters published on the shop report normal blood values after changing diet, though these accounts are individual testimonials rather than verified results.
