But the product should not be damaged. The members can be a part of any event from Decathlon for free and they also receive free product trails. They can borrow the products for up to a week and that varies according to the products and the store. They can also access the Decathlon services like workshops and more that are put forward by each store.
The Delivery offered by Decathlon
You have to pay a standard delivery charge of $10 if your order is below $60. For orders above $60, they offer free delivery. They have 1-day delivery to 5-day delivery. They offer different time slots which you can choose for delivery. If you place the order between 10 AM to 8 PM, you can get it delivered between 12 PM to 10 PM with their 2 hours delivery policy for 15$. But this is not available for voluminous products or bikes. You can also opt for click and collect where you can pick up your online purchase at the store between 12 PM to 9.30PM.
The Exchange and Refund Policy
The Decathlon Members can return the product any time and the non-decathlon members should return the product within the time of warranty if it found to be defective. However, the exchange is not applicable for personalized or assembled products, damaged products perishable goods like drink and foods. The products which are purchased online can be returned in the decathlon store or by contacting the decathlon customer service. If you are returning the products, the refund will be provided to your bank account along with the delivery charge and any other charge that you paid for the return.
