What stands out in this selection is how little of it resembles ordinary stationery. Robot accessories top the best-selling list: air boxes, floating trays, notification bells and anti-theft locks for cleaning robot models such as the T5, T8 and S100, plus replacement batteries and pads. Höll Office GmbH began in 1975 as a small office furniture business in Baden-Baden, founded by Horst Höll. It moved into its own building there in 1981, and a third generation of the family took over in 2024.

Most of the company's business is in IT and workplace services for small and mid-sized firms in Baden-Württemberg and across Germany. Its IT offering covers hardware, software, networks, backup and cybersecurity, with a Managed IT Services Pass that can be adjusted monthly. Printing and document management, office interiors and cleaning robots complete the offering, and service is on site rather than through a call centre.

Participants receive a certificate under Article 4 of the EU AI Act. The course is run with Grünhage AI and uses a GDPR-compliant working environment via Langdock.
